I mention that it was owned by IAC, but as far as I'm concerned if two organizations are owned by the same umbrella corporation, the meaning of my point stands. That said, your point made me re-research the matter and I discovered that in August 2008, IAC actually spun off Ticketmaster. So that point is no longer valid anyway. On point two, if it's true, I didn't notice because I've been ignoring evites for nearly a year now (I just hadn't formally acknowledged it). If that is the case, I'm glad to see they have finally decided to innovate some, but that doesn't change my stance. While they may have finally made a change or two, I still don't believe they will ever try to do right by their users--that is the bottom line. They may just be feeling some heat because there is finally some worthy competition in the space. Mickey,
